I collect information from you such as your contact details when you first enquire about an appointment. At your first appointment I gather details about your health and lifestyle (past and present), current medication, diet and nutritional supplements. I keep this information for seven years and then destroy it. I do not share information about you with anyone without your permission. The only exception to this would be if there is a risk to you or a third party or if there is a legal requirement.
I keep your information safely under lock and key. I take all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or misuse of information.
Communication in connection with your kinesiology treatment is sent by email and whilst I take the necessary steps to protect my systems against viruses I cannot bear all responsibility for communication being virus free.
If you would like to see the records I see about you, change, update or delete the information, please contact me. If you have any concerns about how I keep your information don’t hesitate to contact me. If you are still not satisfied then you can contact the information commissioner directly.
